ReServe is a nonprofit organization which services older adults by placing them in other nonprofit jobs. The clients work part-time and are paid a stipend of $10 per hour. ReServe connects experienced older adults with stipend paying jobs that challenge them to use their lifetime skills for the public good. Both the older adult and their nonprofit employers feel a deeper commitment to the work when money is paid.

ReServe's ultimate goal is to bring fulfillment to the lives of older adults and to strengthen the institutions, the communities, and the populations they serve, particularly vulnerable older adults.

Reaching Older Adults: ReServe specifically targets educated adults:

• Serves them as clients: Intergenerational Service, Elder-to Elder Service, and Community Justice Initiatives
  
• Arranges stipends
  
• Works with nonprofits to identify service opportunities
