The Food Bank for New York City provides 1,000 emergency and community food programs, including soup kitchens and food pantries throughout the city.

Additionally, the Food Bank for New York City has a Senior Food Program. This program provides direct service to seniors at senior centers run at the dining facilities of PS 154 in Harlem and PS 134 on the Lower East Side. Dinners are served to seniors at these locations between 3:30-6:00pm every weekday (except national holidays).
