• When you make the appointment, inquire if any tests will be performed, such as blood tests or x-rays.
  
• Make transportation arrangements in advance. Some services, such as Access-A-Ride, require two day prior notice.

• Bring your insurance card.
• Bring a list of all your medications (perscription or overthe-counter.
• Bring a list of questions for the doctor.

• Fill perscriptions promptly.
• Ask pharmacy for written hand out on medication.
• Call doctor's office for test results.
