DOROT programs enhance the lives of homebound and homeless elders through a combination of professionalism and personal warmth. Their goal is to transform a state of mere existence to one of lively engagement. DOROT provides a rich array of services that account for differences in age and personal interests, and which address elders' needs in six primary areas: socialization and companionship; nutrition and health; housing; information services; educational, cultural, and spiritual enrichment; and outreach.

DOROT is helping to shape a positive future for elders by recruiting, training, and supporting an extensive corps of volunteers who are dedicated to serving seniors one-to-one.

To Your Health Teleconference Description

Join a lively session of older adults for 50-minute interactive phone discussions about topics that are relevant to you. To Your Health is an interactive teleconferencing program for seniors, providing information on health and wellness topics.
