"Blindline® is an information and referral service for people who are blind or visually impaired, their family members, friends, and professional service providers"[1].
Blindline is a searchable database of over 750 resources in New York State. Along with their website, Blindline also provides a telephone hotline run by trained specialists who are able to conduct research on blindness-related topics.
Blindline is a service provided by VISIONS.
