tempest fugits (time flies)

I can hardly believe we have made it just about halfway through the month, and my blogs are getting fewer and farther between! I was going to write more about my Facebook Games, and about my cat, and maybe some health issues. I had mulled them over in my mind, and think they got mowed over...can't get them to come together lately. My thoughts...that is...getting it into some semblence of order is the great challenge! (I don't really know how to spell "semblence" but you get the picture.)

I will tell you right now...if you get into the Facebook games, you might want to hire a housekeeper! I have really gotten too much time invested into these three games. Farmville, Country Life and Treasure Island (the forth is a ghost game Social City that I don't participate) and will have to start cutting back as soon as I finish one of the co-op phases on Farmville. I am helping another friend grow fake pumpkins so they can make and sell fake pies. I will get a bonus of fake coins if I complete the job. If I quit, I won't really have to go bankrupt, but I am almost finished so I'm sticking this one out. They put a time limit on the co-op job.  I am not the competetive type, but I like to be helpful, and if it gets my friend further down the "fake" road, then it's all good to me!!!! At least it's a better escape than drugs! People will do anything to get a better life, me included!

As far as my cat goes...she is somewhat neglected attention-wise, but not too much. She sleeps a lot. And if she is hungry, she won't shut up until she is fed. She also jumps on the table or countertops to get my attention. She is a short hair orange cat who is 11 years old and was born on the same day as my grandson. It actually helps me to remember both of their birthdays. We love to have her around, and she sleeps on my lap a lot. My grandson does not live with me, so I see him less often.

In the health department, I feel that I have early stage Alzheimer's because I have many of the symptoms. I was going to send a link to Johns Hopkins information about it, but I kept forgetting to put the link where I could get to it easily. I imagine you could Google it by putting "Alzheimer's" in the search bar, and click on the John's Hopkin's website. I do a lot of searches, when I think of it.

Have you been watching the news about all the terrible weather and damage, as well as the oil that keeps on spilling into the ocean? That takes my breath away and breaks my concentration.
