Share the Care Support Group

Join others for this special time to "share the care" and learn from each other and special guests.
This group is especially for persons caring for someone with Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of dementia or memory loss. The group is sponsored by Park Slope Geriatric Day Center and meets the last Wednesday of the month.
Please contact Josephine Brown, Program Director, (718) 499-7701, ext. 21 to register for the group, ask questions, or if you're in need of care for your loved one in order to attend the session.
