Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) visitors 65 and older can get two discounted tickets to any live performance or film screening, but are subject to availability.
Movie Tickets: $7.50 Mon—Thu (excluding holidays)
Enjoy daily screenings of newly released independent and foreign films, as well as films from BAMcinématek —the curated program of movie classics, festivals, and retrospectives.
Live Performance Tickets: $10
Experience exciting theater, dance, music, and opera at BAM. Programs showcase both celebrated artists whose work spans decades, such as Merce Cunningham, Robert Wilson, and Mavis Staples, and emerging voices exploring new realms.
To inquire about live performance rush tickets, call BAM Ticket Services (718.636.4100) beginning at 3pm the day of a show to confirm that senior rush will be offered. Then, go to the BAM Box Office no earlier than 90 minutes prior to the performance time to purchase your tickets. Subject to availability.
To purchase cinema tickets, simply show your ID at the BAM Rose Cinemas Box Office at the time of purchase.
