COFFEE W / NO SALT PLEASE !

There  are  restaurants  that  do  put   SALT  in  their  brewed  coffee.  Beware, if  you  have   HIGH  BLOOD  PRESSURE,  CARDIAC  problems,  etc.   That  cup  of   " JAVA"   could   cause  a  problem.   So  ask  before  you  indulge.

Mercury in tuna fish

I love a tuna fish sandwich, but there is mercury in the tuna fish and so that easy, tasty sandwich is not a too-often good idea.
