Senior Splash at Astoria Pool

Cost: Free!

Sponsored by Parks & Recreation, Catholic Charities, and Queens Community Board #1, this program offers water exercise classes, swim instruction, water ballet, and special activities for senior citizens and mentally and physically challenged persons. The program is open to everyone over the age of 55, as well as those with physical and developmental disabilities. Classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00 until 1:00 through August 29th. For more information, call Parks Citywide Aquatics at (718) 760-6969.
