Medical Decision-Making Using Advance Directives

This presentation is part of an ongoing effort to educate the public about the importance of Advance Directives in maintaining control of one's life to the end of life. Copies of up-to-date New York State Living Wills and Health Care Proxy forms will be distributed. Following discussion on their proper use and content, time will be allotted for Elder Law Attorney Leibowitz to assist individuals in the preparation of their personal Living Wills and Proxies.
