Sue Halpern will discuss her new book which debunks some of the more common myths surrounding Alzheimer’s disease and normal memory loss and provides readers with information about important discoveries being made in these fields. Through extensive research and time spent with doctors and scientists from Columbia University’s Taub Center for Research on Alzheimer’s and the Aging Brain, NYU’s Center for Brain Health, and other leading institutions in the U.S. and abroad, Halpern shares her personal journey of her father’s disease and death.
