T'ai Chi is a form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise and meditation that uses slow sets of body movements and controlled breathing. Regular practice of T'ai Chi is known to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and overall health. Join other Center members for the health of it! Meet every Thursday morning and Friday afternoons at 1:00. *Membership to the Center is free, but you must register. Please call (718) 882-8513 for more info.
