So I am working up this Powerpoint for OATS on the DTV Transition. That is the change in the broadcasting standard from NTSC to ATSC: analog to digital. I have found some very interesting material. Just last Thursday, the FCC conducted the auction of our free television to commercial interests. The results were disappointing for everyone except ATT and Verizon who stole the show, literally.
