Registering for a new account

To sign up for an account follow the steps below.

1. Click on the "Register Now" button in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Fill out the form completely including username, email address (2x), and a desired password (2x). (For information about choosing a username see below.)
3. When you have filled in all the fields, click the "Create New Account" button.
4. If you would like to share your address and phone number with us, you can do so or you can click the skip button to continue to the site.

Congratulations! You are now logged into your new account and can fully enjoy all the benefits of the site.

Logging in to your account

Once you have created an account you can login at any time.

1. Click on the "Log in" button in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your chosen username and password.
3. Click the "Log in" button or hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

Choosing a username

Many people online choose not to use their real name as their username. Instead, they use an alias. For example, Mary Smith might use the alias MSspark or Mary17. Your username is the name that other members of SeniorPlanet will see when they are on the site.
